So I get all the digital files?
Yes. After going through all the photos of your day, we narrow it down to the images we feel best represent you and your day, and our best work. Don’t let that scare you, we typically deliver anywhere from 600-800 photos for any given wedding. They are delivered to you digitally via a private online gallery, where you can download all of them in high-resolution for printing and sharing as you please.
Do we have to print photos through you?
Nope. Absolutely not. Your online gallery will have a streamlined process for easily ordering high quality prints, however, you are not obligated to use this service in anyway. We firmly believe that you are paying for your photos–and you can do with them whatever you want! Whether that means printing through us, Shutterfly, Costco, or even at home. But know that our online gallery offers wholesale printing prices through industry-best printing labs — so you’ll get the highest quality prints at a low cost delivered right to your door!
How long does it take to get our wedding photos back?
We pride ourselves in turning around wedding photos fast. Really fast. You can expect to get your photos back in 4-6 weeks.
Do you guys travel?
Yes! Yes please! We love to travel, see new places and try new adventures. If you’re wedding is out of town, we’d love to join you. We just ask for help covering travel costs and getting a roof over our heads and some food in our bellies. Contact us for more info about your specifics.
Is there a 2nd shooter?
Yep. Our pricing includes a second shooter for 8 hours during your wedding day. They’re there for the times when it’s best to have the most coverage possible: for portrait sessions, the ceremony, and the important parts of the reception (toasts, first dance, etc). All of our second shooters are professional, talented and super fun. No worries there.
Do you have insurance?
Duh. While it may sound really stuffy and “adult”, we know stuff happens. So we plan for it.
Do you have a cancellation or refund policy?
Though we always hope it doesn’t come to that, sometimes plans change. Upon booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit that locks in your wedding date.
What are your prices? How does your pricing work?
We live by the motto “Simpler is always better”. We know how frustrating it can be when people say “our prices start at X…”, and then end up charging you for extras hours, second shooters, and other hidden fees. How complicated is that? With us, what you see is what you get. We only offer one “package” (even though we hate calling it that). Plain and simple: it includes 8 hours coverage by Sean and a second shooter, a 1.5-2 hour engagement session, all your high-res photos delivered digitally, and Laura’s organizational genius and assistance every step of the way.
What’s the cost? $3400. Done. Simple. Lets go take some photos!
Need more than 8 hours of coverage? No problem. We charge 100$ for every extra hour of coverage.
